Shipping
We usually ship orders out within 4 business days or less, though occasionally it may occasionally take longer. Our products are shipped by Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Delivery time within the continental U.S. is usually 2-3 business days from the shipping date.
International Orders - We ship international orders via International Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Orders are usually shipped within 4 business days or less, though occasionally it may take longer. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping charges for orders originating from Canada, Mexico and most European nations. If you find that your country is not listed on our shopping cart, please send us an email stating what you would like to order. We will send you an email with an invoice and instructions for payment. Mailing us a check or money order is always an option too. If you would like to pay by check or money order please email us with the details of your order so we can determine the shipping charges. Returns
In the event that you receive a defective product, we will ship a replacement. Please contact us prior to shipping the item. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products with the exception of the Seminar DVD's and the books. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us first and and we will do our best to determine if there is something we can do to satisfy you. If we are unable to, you may return the product under the following conditions:
Any returned products must be in new or "as new"condition. Please email your name, receipt/invoice number and date of purchase to us at: magnetage@gru.net
The refund will not include shipping costs. Additionally, all other costs/charges incurred during shipping (e.g. Import Duty/Wharfage etc.) into other countries outside of the United States are the sole responsibility of the customer.
